Our colleague Ertunc successfully completed the Huawei Young Talent Academy and achieved the highest score ever awarded.

Within six months, he completed an intensive program with sales training, storage and network certifications, as well as practical use cases.

A completely new field opened up for Ertunc: "The program was very practical and gave me valuable insights for my future work. I would like to thank CMS for the opportunity to participate, my supervisors for their support, and Nino Medrow and our trainer Timo Ringlein for their guidance during the program."

The Young Talent Academy combines remote and in-person modules with the following focus areas:

  • Sales Training: from new customer acquisition to negotiation techniques

  • Certifications: storage and network competencies for technical sales

  • Practical Use Cases: role-playing, simulations, and real customer projects

  • Market and Technology Updates: current trends and strategies

  • Mentoring: personal guidance from an experienced trainer

The reward - a trip to China.

In the end, Ertunc impresses not only in the intermediate exams but also with his final presentation, making him one of the six best graduates who are now invited on a trip to China.
