From May 19 to 22, 2025, the tech community met in Paris for Extreme Connect 2025, Extreme Networks' annual flagship event. The focus was on the introduction of the new ONE™ platform, developed as a central control element for modern network infrastructures. CMS was also present as a partner, thought leader, and member of both the Advisory Council and Technical Advisory Council.
Close collaboration on Platform ONE™
CMS was closely involved in the development of Platform ONE™ even before the event. We were able to contribute concrete requirements from practice and actively help shape the product. The collaborative approach with the Extreme team was more than just classical feedback: it was co-creation.
Our On-Site Highlights
Besides professional exchange, numerous product innovations were in focus, such as:
the consistent implementation of platform thinking, with ONE™ as the technical backbone,
the integration of AI-based automation, making network operations more efficient and resilient
and the introduction of Extreme Networks' first 400G-capable switch, setting new standards in terms of speed.
CMS had a strong delegation on site
The CMS team was present in Paris with representatives from consulting, technology, and management. This allowed us to gather impressions from all perspectives and take them back for our collaboration with customers.
